Mix dry ingredients and shortening with low speed till mixture becomes breadcrumbs.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add water gradually and knead till dough soft and elastic.&lt;br /&gt;3. Take out from mixer and round-shape the dough. Cover with damp cloth and let it rise &lt;br /&gt;    double.&lt;br /&gt; 4. Glaze the loaf pan with shortening/butter&lt;br /&gt;5. Divide dough into 2 or 3 portions. Round shape them and arrange in the pan. Allow dough to&lt;br /&gt;     rise double in size.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan bawang putih, halia dan chicken wings, kacau dan goreng selama 5 minit.-Masukkan semua sos dan madu, kacau sekejap, kemudian tutup kuali. Kacau sekali-sekala selama 15 minit atau sehingga semua wings masak dan browned (bersalut dengan sos).-NOTA : Bila dah masuk madu, sos akan berbuih. Jangan takut bila tengok sos macam hangit towards the end. Bila sos dah agak kering dan bersalut pada wings ia akan jadi sticky dan caramelized macam barbecue chicken. sos tiram&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara-caranya :&lt;br /&gt;Perap ayam dengan sos tiram dan lada hitam. /&gt;500gm beras pulut&lt;br /&gt;400ml santan cair&lt;br /&gt;1 sk garam&lt;br /&gt;2 sb minyak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan2 lapisan atas:&lt;br /&gt;120gm tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;3 sb tepung jagung&lt;br /&gt;140gm gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;3 biji telur&lt;br /&gt;450ml santan pekat&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sk garam&lt;br /&gt;300ml air + 10 helai daun pandan dikisar utk dijadikan air pandan (bagi yg rebus dulu( aku tmbh resepi asal x letak pon)&lt;br /&gt;2 sb mayonis (aku taruk lebih sket)&lt;br /&gt;sedikit garam&lt;br /&gt;sebuk lada hitam&lt;br /&gt;1 biji telur ( dipukul utk disapu atas puff)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara2 :&lt;br /&gt;1. panaskan minyak &amp;amp; tumis bwg besar&lt;br /&gt;2. msuk tuna, mix vege &amp;amp; kentang.kacau sebentar&lt;br /&gt;3. masukkan mayonis, garam &amp;amp; serbuk lada hitam. Kacau rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. tutup api &amp;amp; biarkan sejuk skett&lt;br /&gt;5. sediakan puff pastry...letak sedikit filing td &amp;amp; ttup hujung pastry dgn menekan bhgn kelilingnya dgn garfu. Buat sampai abis.&lt;br /&gt;6. Sapukan puff dgn telur.
